RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you wear from Stone Theory Clothing.

🔁 Returns:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered  
• Damaged product received  

❗ No returns for:
• Size issues  
• Change of mind  

📅 Return Window:
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

📸 Proof Required:
Customers must provide an unboxing video or clear images as proof for any return request.

🔄 Replacement:
Once approved, we will provide a replacement for the same product.

💸 Refunds:
Refunds are only provided if replacement is not available.  
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

🚫 COD Charges:
Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

📦 Product Condition:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
